Returns & Exchange
At Lulabug, we understand that sometimes your purchase may not be right for you and that you may wish to have a refund or exchange. We accept returns within 14 days of receipt of the Goods. Please contact us in writing at email@example.com for instructions on how Goods can be returned to us.
To be eligible for a return, your Goods must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. The Goods must also be in the original packaging, with all labels still intact. You shall bear the cost of returning the Goods. We advise you to use a tracked, insured service, as you are responsible for the Goods until they are received by us.
Once we receive the Goods back in their original resalable condition, we will reimburse you the purchase price of the Goods within 14 days. We do not refund the delivery costs unless the goods are faulty.
Goods are classified as faulty if they are received damaged. In the unlikely event that this happens please contact us within 7 working days of receiving your order. Please notify us in writing by email at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will arrange a full refund or replacement.
Please note that damaged items as a result of wear and tear are not considered to be faulty.
